The Davis lab studies how the peripheral nervous system (sensory, sympathetic, parasympathetic and enteric) regulates visceral homeostasis and contributes to pathologies including chronic pain, tumorigenesis and inflammatory diseases (e.g., pancreatitis, IBD).
